  1. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, Standard Shipping usually takes 7-15 business days, while Expedited Shipping arrives within 3-7 business days, depending on your specific location and local customs processing.

  2. Where can I return my products? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items to our designated logistics center in Germany at: Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 13, 33602 Bielefeld, Germany. Please contact our support team before sending any items back.
